How Miella Fabric Works

Continuous Rounds:

Miella Fabrics offer continuous Rounds. This means, we never end a round and we submit our fabric preorders every Sunday At 9PM MST. 

MONDAY'S NEW PRE-ORDER ROUNDS BEGIN.
When a new preorder week begins, we will have new designs load weekly, but dont forget old ones will disappear almost weekly as well.

You can place an order by choosing any fabric design and choosing a customized base of your preference. 

All orders from the previous week will be submitted into custom fabric printing. Please allot 21-28 Business days for you fabric to get into my hands, and another 5 Business days for processing time to get it shipped out to you!  **Please note Processing and shipping time is not included in our turn around time**


How will we know whats new?

During every month we will have a "The Drop" under the Preorder Fabric Drop down menu, where you can find all out newest designs. When a new month begins all the designs from the previous month will be loaded into the fabrics drop down menu organized into their own categories for easy navigation, but remember, older designs will remove every week, so don't hold back on the older ones. 

Placing an order:
To easily navigate Miella, please choose a design and base of your preference. 
Coordinates/Backgrounds to prints:
If you would like the coordinating background to the print of your choice, please see the "Print & Scale" type bar on the right. Write the Background and your choice of scale in the box.
Example:
" Background Print 6*6""

This lets us know you dont want the print, you would like the background shown on the top of the folded fabrics. Or the third photo typically seen on the listing would be the background. 

If you do not put a print option or a scale it tells us you just want the print and no Cords. 

If you are unsure about fabric options, scaling or prints. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us before making your purchase so we can ensure you are getting the right information and a satisfied order!

Shipping

We ship from Beautiful Alberta, Canada every Tuesday And Thursday. 

Canadian Shipping Transit Times

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Our default method of shipping is Standard Tracked, which takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within Canada. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

  • Standard Shipping arrives approximately 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping arrives in an estimated 4-7 business days
  • Express Shipping arrives in 1-2 business days guaranteed

International Orders

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

  • USA: 5-8 business days

Tracking is NOT available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update until it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.

Order Status

  • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates.  
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated once your label is created. There will be times, a label is created and not shipped for a few days as it's part of the shipping process to get bulk orders out. Do no be alarmed if you receive tracking and it takes the full 5 days for it to completely ship. 
  • We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Business/Commercial Addresses

If a package is going to a business/commercial address, it's required that a person's first and last name be in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.

Import Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Miella Fabrics is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.

Returns

Miella Fabrics takes a great pride in fair customer service. If there is a problem with your order please email us at MiellaFabricsCustomerCare@outlook.com

How returns work.
Miella Fabrics will offer a full refund available as a shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item in the mail on the following:

  • Damaged goods.
  • Wrong item delivered.

Miella Fabrics will offer a shop credit on an items with defects, you can accept a shop credit, and choose to reprint or get another fabric base.

Return of goods:

All Miella Goods must be returned, unwashed and in the condition you received them. This includes washing. If you have washed your goods, you will be voiding your eligibility for a return. 

Miella Fabrics will not take returns on the wrong scale ordered or anything other than what is listed as acceptable to be returned. 

Miella Fabrics has 3 methods of quality check to ensure all items being delivered meet release expectations. But this doesn't mean mistakes can't happen!
